Welcome to TradeshowFactory.ca These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from Tradeshow Factory (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

- You will provide accurate billing and shipping information
- You will not use the site for fraudulent or unlawful purposes

We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders at our discretion.
3. Products & Custom Orders
Tradeshow Factory specializes in made-to-order custom promotional products and branded apparel.
3.1 Product Descriptions
- We strive for accuracy; however:
- Colours may vary due to screen differences
- Sizes may vary slightly by manufacturer
- Product images are for reference only
4. Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated.
Prices may change without notice.
Orders are not confirmed until payment is received.
We accept secure payments through approved third-party gateways.
Tradeshow Factory does not store full credit card information.
5. Artwork Approval
All custom orders require artwork approval before production.
- Once artwork is approved:
- The customer is responsible for spelling, layout, and design accuracy
- Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once production begins
- Tradeshow Factory is not responsible for errors approved in proofs.
6. Production & Lead Times
Production timelines begin after:
- Payment confirmation
- Artwork approval
Estimated production timelines are not guaranteed.
Delays caused by suppliers, carriers, or circumstances beyond our control are not grounds for cancellation or refund.
7. Shipping
We ship across Canada and internationally using carriers such as:
- Purolator
- UPS
- Canada Post
- Freight carriers for large shipments
Shipping timelines are estimates only.
Tradeshow Factory is not responsible for:
- Carrier delays
- Weather disruptions
- Incorrect shipping addresses provided by customer
Additional freight charges may apply for oversized or remote deliveries.
8. Returns & Refunds
Due to the custom nature of our products:
- Custom printed or decorated items are final sale.
- Returns are accepted only for defective or incorrectly produced items.
- Claims must be submitted within 5 business days of delivery.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

9. Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before artwork approval.
Once production begins, orders cannot be cancelled.
Setup fees and production costs are non-refundable.
10. Intellectual Property
Customers confirm they have legal rights to use all logos, trademarks, and artwork submitted.
Tradeshow Factory is not liable for trademark or copyright violations.
All website content, logos, and materials remain the property of Tradeshow Factory.
11. Limitation of Liability
Tradeshow Factory shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits or business interruption
- Delays caused by third-party suppliers or carriers
12. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our control, including:
- Natural disasters
- Supply chain disruptions
- Carrier delays
- Government actions
13. Privacy
Your use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of All Canada and the laws of Canada.
Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that province.
